NotesUS 60 through the Salt River canyon is one of the great roads. We stopped at the rest area at the US 60 bridge, walked the old bridge and photographed the canyon and the new bridge.
Historic US 80 is signed on US 60 just west of AZ 89 (historic US 80). It is interesting that there is a Historic sign for US 80, but not for US 70, which also ran along this road.
