Notes
We visited all four Dambo Trolls in the Puget Sound area, many waterfalls and photographed four lighthouses. All Washington travel was in Greg's car. All Alaska and BC travel was in tour or local buses. I 405 is perpetually under construction, especially to WA 522 interchange.
We were in line for the Vashon ferry at Faunterloy when the ferry was taken out of service. They just skipped that run and we had to wait for the next scheduled ferry.
